SPQR are badass. Described by The Quietus as 'the only straight up rock band in Liverpool that matters', they're slinky, sinister, sexy, like the rock and roll equivalent of a fantastic R Rated B movie you'd sneak out to watch as a teenager. They're a deadly, locked groove machine, which allows them to get all the more weird whilst still making you move your hips. The rhythm section of Bex Denton and Jack Sanders provide the foundation for Peter Harrison's freaky guitar colourations and his intensely passionate, crystal clear voice to burrow into your mind.
